2008-09: Compiled a 12-12 overall record at 141... finished in third place at the UB Open... competed at the Body Bar Invitational and Reno Tournament of Champions.

2007-08: Posted a 26-19 record, tied for fourth in wins... led Bulls with 21 escapes... finished third at the NYS Intercollegiate Championships.

2006-07: Finished the season with a 17-20 record and a 6-8 mark in dual meets... recorded 38 escapes during the season, the second-best single-season total in UB history... placed fifth at the NYS Intercollegiate Championships.

2005-06: Redshirted... finished with a 2-4 overall mark at 133 pounds.

High School: Won six letters and captained three seasons for coach Dave Guarino at Sweet Home High School... posted an overall record of 38-3 as a senior, earning his fourth career Section VI championship.

Personal: Born February 12, 1987... son of Michael and JoAnne Stella... has two brothers, Michael and Nick... brother, Michael was a sports editor of the UB Spectrum and member of the UB men’s tennis team.... favorite movie is The Fountain... favorite athlete is boxer Jake LaMotta.
