Outlook: Has good potential and will compete at 125... A very technically sound wrestler with a good work ethic.

High School: Wrestled for Bill Kays at Mexico High School... Won 48 matches as a senior, en route to winning the Section III Championship and finishing third at the New York State Tournament... Was a five-time Section III Champion, five-time state place finisher... Also played tennis and soccer in high school.

Personal: Born October 5, 1988... Son of Thomas and Debra Smith... Has two brothers, Dan and Derrick... Favorite food is chicken parm... Favorite movie is Wedding Crashers... Chose UB because of the successful wrestling program and physical therapy program... Believe that the hardest part of being a Division I athlete is staying healthy.
