2007-08: Redshirted... participated in two tournaments, compiling a 5-4 overall record at 285... finished fifth at the UB Open.

High School: Earned three letters and captained two seasons at Kennedy Catholic High School for coach Tom Miles... posted an overall record of 43-5 as a senior... earned first-team All-District and first-team All-State Academic honors... also played football in high school.

Personal: Born September 21, 1988... son of Robert and Theresa Ryhal... has a brother, Brett... favorite food is chicken nuggets... favorite athlete is former Pittsburgh Steelers offensive lineman Jon Kolb, who he lists as his greatest athletic influence... dream as a college athlete is to become an All-American.
