Outlook: Appears to be the favorite to start at 165... Was slowed significantly last season by a back injury... According to coach Beicher he, “knows how to win and is capable of winning at this level.”

Sophomore (06-07): Finished the season with a 3-6 record... Won the UB Open at 157 lbs.

Redshirt Season (05-06): Went 9-7 during redshirt season...Went 2-1, advancing to quarterfinals of the Slippery Rock Open (11/5)...Went 3-2 at Nittany Lion Open (12/5).

Freshman (04-05): Finished season 18-23 overall and 2-11 in dual meets as a starter at 157 pounds... Was 12th in nation among freshmen in wins at 157 pounds... Led the Bulls with 27 dual meet escapes and was fifth on the squad with 18 wins... Earned first dual meet win with a pin of Northern Illinois’ Alex Nelson (1/8)... Finished third at Slippery Rock Open (11/20) and the Beast of the East (12/17)... Came in fifth at the New York State Collegiates (1/24)... A UB Scholar Athlete in the spring.

High School: A two-time Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association Champion... Won championship during senior year in Class AA at 145 pounds... Went 40-0 as a junior and set a school record for most career wins... Was listed as one of the top eight recruits in 2004-05 at 152 pounds by Intermat... Earned four letters and was a one-time captain for coach Matt Park.

Personal: Born on June 23, 1985... Parents are Richard and Carol... Has three brothers, Aaron, Andy and Brian... Other interests include hunting and fishing... Favorite movie is The Boondock Saints... Person in history he would most like to meet is Gandhi.
