Outlook: A fifth-year senior and co-captain... Will be the starter for the Bulls at heaveyweight... Had a great off-season and enters this season very confident... Coach Beichner say he was elected a captain because of, “his work ethic, his maturity and because he is out-spoken. He is willing to let the team know what they are doing right and wrong, both on and off the mats.”

Junior (06-07): Posted a 21-14 record for the season... Finished third on the team in overall wins and fourth in takedowns despite missing a month of the season due to a PCL injury... Placed third at the Mat Town Invitational (11/25)... Had a 7-4 record in dual meets.

Redshirt Season (05-06): Posted a 10-4 mark during redshirt season... Went 4-0 at Slippery Rock Open (11/5)... Was hampered by a hip injury that kept him from completing three matches during the season.

Sophomore (04-05): Won 17 matches... Finished 4-9 in dual meets... Beat 2004 MAC Champion Jeremiah Beltran of Ohio, 3-0, in dual meet (1/30)... Took second at Slippery Rock Open (11/20)... Finished fifth at UB Open (12/30) and NYS Collegiates (1/24)... A UB Scholar Athlete in the spring.

Previous College: Finished freshman season 9-18 overall and 5-12 in dual meets for the Bearcats.

High School: Finished 40-0 during his senior year to set school record for most wins in a season under coach Jim Fraser... Won a state championship and New England Championship during final campaign... Wrestled on the Warriors with current UB teammate Mike Ragusa, helping the team to a 35-2 mark during their final two seasons... Was the Division 3 Massachusetts Wrestler of the Year.
