2007-08: Led UB with a 32-10 record at 184. Won titles at the UB Open, Mat Town Tournament and NYS Collegiate Championships. Finished fourth at the MAC Championships. Did not lose a bout in January (12-0).

2006-07:Redshirted. Posted a 5-1 record at 174. Placed second at the UB Open and seventh at the ASICS Men’s FILA Cadet and University National Championships, earning All-American honors.

2005-06: Finished fourth at the MAC Championships after a 2-2 performance. Earned national rankings as high as 17th by W.I.N. Magazine, 19th by Amateur Wrestling News and The WrestlingMall.com and 25th by WrestlingReport.com. His 39 dual meet takedowns tied him for 11th in school history. Earned MAC Wrestler of the Week honors (11/22) and team’s Most Improved Wrestler Award.

2004-05: Went 7-23 overall. Was fourth at UB Open, second at NYS Collegiate Championships.

High School: Earned four letters under coach Rick LaFerriere. Went 42-4 as a senior to finish runner-up in the PIAA Class AAA 160-pound bracket and set school record for most wins in a season.

Personal: Born on November 10, 1985. Son of Mike and Mary Jo Moran. Hobbies include golf and pool. Favorite movie is Training Day. Favorite food is chicken finger subs.
