High School: Four-year letterwinner and two-time captain for coach Mark Ruettiger at Lincoln-Way Central High School... posted a career record of 148-17... as a senior, posted an overall record of 24-2 at 130 pounds...three-time conference champion... two-time regional champion... third-place finish at Illinois State Championships in 2007 and 2009... second-place finish at 2008 Illinois State Championship... finished in eighth-place at NHSCA Senior Nationals earning All-American honors.

Personal: Born April 11, 1991... son of Kenneth and Karen Farmer... has a brother, Kenny and a sister, Kalia... favorite athlete and greatest athletic influence is three-time All-American wrestler Mike Poeta... favorite quote is “What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger”... dream is to be a NCAA national champion... chose to attend UB because of the campus environment and wrestling program... favorite thing about UB and Buffalo is the nice people.
