Freshman (06-07): Redshirted in his first year as a Bull... Had a 2-2 overall record in tournament action.

High School: Earned five varsity letters at Barker under head coach Bill Bruning... Was named team captain three seasons... Joined his twin brother as the top-two winningest grapplers in school history... Finished fourth in New York State in his senior year, going 39-4... Also competed in football and tennis, earning first-team All-League in both.

Personal: Born on June 6, 1988... Parents are Michael, Sr. and Laurie... Has one brother, Michael, Jr., who is also on the UB wrestling squad... Favorite athlete is Brett Farve... Career goal is to become a national champion.
