KENT, OH - The University at Buffalo wrestling team kept its undefeated record in tact with a pair of victories on Sunday in two dual meets at Kent State's Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center. Buffalo, which is now 5-0, first defeated Mid-American Conference rival Kent State, 21-13, then went on to post a 39-6 victory over Mount Union.

Six Bulls - Mark McKnight (McDonald, PA/South Fayette), Mike Trotta (Oceanside, NY/Oceanside), Patrick Lloyd (Middleton, NY/Valley Central), Nick Rausenberger (Newburgh, NY/Newburgh Free), Ed Pawlak (Lakewood, NY/Southwestern) and Kyle Cerminara (Lewiston, NY/Lewiston-Porter) - each posted a pair of wins on the afternoon.

McKnight, Pawlak and Cerminara all had pins in the Mount Union match - a meet in which UB took nine of the 10 individual matches.

The Bulls were also scheduled to wrestle James Madison on Sunday, but their team was unable to travel to Kent, OH, because of inclement weather. That match is not expected to be rescheduled.

UB will participate in the Albany Duals next Sunday, facing three different teams - American, East Stroudsburg and Sacred Heart.
