Head Coach Jim Lodes: "Claudia had a good spring and should be a great fit with the direction our offensive system is going. We expect her to play a bigger role now that she has been with our program for a year."

2006: Saw action in 87 games and finished the year with 174 kills...recorded a career-high 21 kills against Ball State (11/14), one of five double-digit kill performances on the year...finished fourth on the team in solo blocks (7) and total blocks (49)...had two solo blocks at Akron (11/4) and six total blocks against Binghamton (9/16)...also had four digs against the Bearcats.

Prior To UB: Appeared in 17 matches for Rutgers, finishing with an even one kill per game...finished with a season-high 11 kills against Harvard and put up seven kills and seven digs against Louisville...the seven-dig performance was a season-high for Neba...Neba also had two service aces against Louisville and recorded two block assists against UMBC and Cincinnati.

High School: Three-year letterwinner for head coach Steve Huntingdale at Smoky Hill High School...helped lead her Smoky Hill team to the state championship in 2002 and the final four during her junior and senior seasons...named to the all-state and all-league team as a senior... second-team all-league honoree in 2003...was a 2004 all-Colorado honorable mention selection...competed for the Front Range Volleyball Club from 2001-05.

Personal: Born March 3, 1987...daughter of Denis and Elizabeth...has one sister (Shella)...chose UB because of the coaching staff and teammates...favorite foods are pasta and fruit...her greatest athletic influence is her high school coach Steve Huntingdale...would like to break all the records at UB...if she could be any cartoon character it would be Cinderella.
