Buffalo Improves to 6-5 with Stony Brook Win

Shiels Leads Bulls in Non-Conference action with 14 Kills and 11 Digs

BUFFALO, NY - Sophomore outside hitter Keri Shiels (Baldwin, NY/Baldwin) had 14 kills and 11 digs as the University at Buffalo women's volleyball team rolled over Stony Brook today in a three-game sweep, 16-14, 15-9, 15-11. Senior outside hitter Rebecca Meade (Midland, Ontario) was also strong for the Bulls with 10 kills and 10 digs in the match.

Buffalo (6-5) opens conference play Tuesday night in Alumni Arena against Eastern Michigan at 7:00 pm.
