Bulls Crush St. Bonaventure

BUFFALO, NY - The University at Buffalo women's volleyball team defeated St. Bonaventure last night at Lockport High School (Lockport, NY) in three games, 15-8, 15-3, 15-8. Three UB players, sophomore Somer Deschambault (Medland, Ontario/St. Theresa's), junior Amy Burda (Lafayette, NY/Lafayette) and sophomore Christina Gianino (Dix Hills, NY/Half Hollow East) had four services aces a piece in the match. Senior middle hitter Kathy Brinkworth (Lakeview, NY/Frontier) contributed seven kills, four digs and four block assists in the victory.

The Bulls will return to action this Saturday (9/27) against Cornell University at 12:00noon in Alumni Arena.
