Bulls Go 2-2 Over Weekend

The Bulls had a busy weekend as they played four games in five days. Buffalo went 2-2 this past week with wins coming over Robert Morris (10/24) in three games, 15-5, 15-6, 15-12 and Saint Francis (PA) in four games, 15-3, 10-15, 15-4, 15-9. The Bulls two losses came to St. Bonaventure (10/22) in five games, 15-17, 15-10, 15-11, 14-16, 9-15 and in-state rival Syracuse in four games, 12-15, 1-15, 15-10, 9-15.

The Bulls are currently led by senior middle hitter Kathy Brinkworth (Lakeview, NY/Frontier) who is averaging 2.5 kills and 2.38 digs per game. Brinkworth is also averaging 1.04 blocks per game.

Buffalo will return to action this weekend (10/31-11/2) at the Eastern Division's second Mid-Continent Cluster of the season. The Cluster will be hosted by Youngstown State. Buffalo, who is currently 3-0 in the Mid-Con, will face Central Connecticut in the first game (10/31) at 8:00pm. The Bulls will also face Youngstown (11/1) at 3:00pm and Valparaiso (11/2) at 12:00pm.
