Bulls Down Visiting Golden Griffs

Coach Kathy Twist's team hosted cross-town rival Canisius (10/2) at the UB Tennis Center and defeated the Golden Griffs, 5-2. Number one single Michele Mercer easily downed her opponent in straight sets (6-0, 6-3). Kris Van Schoonhoven, at the three spot, prevailed in a hard fought match (7-6, 6-4, 6-2). Buffalo earned their doubles points after both the number two and three teams came from behind to win 8-5.
