UB Beats Niagara Despite the WeatherDespite cold and windy playing conditions, the University at Buffalo Bulls women's tennis team was able to pull off a 7-2 win over crosstown rival Niagara Wednesday night (9/9) at the UB Tennis Center. The Bulls started slow losing No. 2 and No. 3 doubles but were able to dominate all six singles matches. Senior Annulett Dillon was rock solid as usual capturing the No. 1 singles match, 6-2, 6-3 over the Purple Eagles Chris Kowreski. Dillon and freshman Nicole Sargent won the No. 2 doubles match, 8-4 over Kowreski and Heather Solecki. The Bulls will take on Cleveland State this Saturday (9/12) at the UB
Tennis Center. Game time is set for 10:00am.
