She opened the meet with a victory in the 100-yard backstroke in 57.04. She later won the 200-yard individual medley in 2:08.40. On Saturday at Ohio, she won two different events with a victory in the 200-yard freestyle, touching the wall in 1:52.11 and cutting a half-second off her previous best this season. Lehner won the race by a tenth of a second over Ohio's Ilse Petersen (1:52.21). Lehner later went on to win the 200-yard backstroke in 2:06.15. Additionally, Lehner swam the opening leg of UB’s victorious 800-yard freestyle relay at Ohio as the foursome of Lehner, Jordan Deren (Lackawanna, NY/Nardin Academy), Renae Sharkey (Fords, NJ/Metuchen) and Emily Day (Speedway, IN/Roncalli) finished in 8:02.14.
