Hynes took the women's one-meter competition with a total score of 599.05 points for her 12 dives. Hynes was the top finisher after the six-dive preliminary competition with 294.85 points and was the lone women's diver to amass more than 300 points in the finals, scoring 304.20 points. Rider's Amanda Burke was second with 553.10 points and Samanatha Papadakis of Harvard placed third at 539.10 points.

In the men's three-meter event, Pittsburgh claimed the top two slots as Volovetski scored a 12-dive total mark of 771.55 points. He was the top qualifier after posting a six-dive preliminary score of 385.25. Volovetski was second to teammate Jeremy Stultz in the finals, but had accumulated enough points to clinch first place.
