High School: A three-year letterwinner and two year captain for coach Bill Hender at Kings Park High School...also a member of the Indoor and Outdoor track and field teams... earned All-league in the shot put.

Personal: Born March 3, 1989...parents are Dennis and Deborah...has one brother, Tim...favorite athlete is Tiki Barber...favorite foods are pretzels and Nutella...has done volunteer work for wheel chair soccer...enjoys rock music.
