Vescio is a Management major, carrying a 3.99 GPA and was a potent offensive player for the Bulls in 2007. Vescio was also key in Buffalo’s 3-0 win over Kent State last Thursday, Nov. 1, scoring two goals. In addition, Vesco was named to the 2007 College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-District I University Division Women’s Soccer Second Team.

Vescio started every game for the Bulls in 2007 while leading the team in points with 17 after scoring six goals and adding five assists.

The MAC Scholar Athlete of the Week honor is presented to both a MAC male and female student-athlete who has a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better and performs well during that week’s competition. The winners are selected by a voting group of the conference’s faculty athletic representatives.
