BOWLING GREEN, OH – The University at Buffalo women’s basketball team was unable to overcome 20 Bowling Green steals and early foul trouble as the Bulls fell to the Falcons, 75-52, Wednesday evening at Anderson Arena.

Both teams got off to a hot-shooting start to the game as both squads shot over 46 percent from the field in the opening half. Down nine early, the Bulls staged a 7-0 run to pull within two. UB continued the run getting as close as one with 9:36 left in the opening half, but BGSU pulled ahead again with an 8-0 run of its own. The Falcons led by as many as 10 in the opening half, but a Beth Christensen layup put UB into the half down just eight.
