Senior Charissa Gardner (Montreal, QUE/Wagar) and freshman Tiffany Bell (Alexandria, VA/Hayfield) contributed 12 points each in a losing effort Monday night (11/3) for the Bulls. Athletes in Action knocked off Buffalo, 62-59 in the Bulls' first exhibition game of the season.

On Saturday night (11/8) the Bulls gained an impressive win over the University of Toronto, 92-57 as five Bulls hit double figures. Gardner shined again for Buffalo as she poured in 19 points and grabbed six rebounds in the victory. Bell added 14 points and seven rebounds while Kim Coon (Belding, MI/Belding HS), Catherine Jacob (Pittsburgh, PA/Penn Hills) and freshman Mari McClure (Rochester Hills, MI/Rochester-Adams HS) all had 11 points.

The Bulls' season opener is this Friday (11/14) at Cornell. Game time is 7:00pm.
