2008-09: Set UB’s top hammer throw (164-10) at Raleigh Relays. Finished 12th in the shot put (45-0.50) and 13th in the weight throw (52-6.50) at the MAC Indoor Championships. Finished 18th in the shot put (41-6) at the MAC Outdoor Championships.

High School: Captained one season at Henninger High School for coaches Cheryl McDonald and Jennifer Schueberlien. The Section III indoor and outdoor shot put and discus champion as a senior. Finished third outdoors (41-4.50) and fourth indoors (40-1) in the shot put and 10th in the discus (106-10) at the 2008 state championships.

Personal: Born May 1, 1990. Daughter of Vincent Anderson and Amanda White. Has six brothers and sisters (Amore’ White, Tanika Coleman, Brandi Anderson, Vanessa Anderson, Vincent Anderson Jr., Taylor Anderson). Favorite athlete is Laila Ali. Favorite movies are The Mummy and The Mummy II. Admires midwives. Majoring in nursing with plans on becoming a midwife.
