2006-07: Named Most Improved for outdoor and Coaches Award winner for indoor seasons. Finished third in the outdoor shot put (49-7) at the MAC Championships and 10th (48-10.25) at the NCAA East Regionals. Earned All-East honors with her fourth-place finish in the indoor shot put (48-2.50) at the ECAC Championships. Placed eighth in the indoor shot (46-5.50) at the MAC Championships. Named to Academic All-MAC indoor and outdoor teams.

2005-06: Most Improved for the outdoor season. Finished sixth in the indoor shot put (46-2) at the MAC Championships. Placed 13th in the event (43-7.75) at the ECAC Championships. Scored a seventh-place shot put (46-0.75) finish at the MAC Outdoor Championships.

2004-05: Finished 14th in the discus (131-11) and 22nd in the shot put (40-2.75) at the MAC Outdoor Championships.

High School: Won 12 letters for coaches Art and Linda Kranick and Don Kearns at Saratoga Springs High School. The 2004 Section II indoor and outdoor champion, finished fourth in the discus and seventh in the outdoor shot put and fourth in the indoor shot at the state championships as a senior. Reached the finals of the 2004 Indoor Nationals. Named to the Albany Times-Union All-Star team in 2004.
