2006-07: Saw action in all seven cross country meets with top 5K time of 19:49 set at the Cornell Invitational, finishing 21st. Finished 83rd at the MAC Cross Country Championships in 23:11.95. Placed 18th in the 800m (2:26.16) at the MAC Indoor Championships. Did not compete during the outdoor season.

High School: Captained two seasons at Orchard Park High School for coach Ted Washburn III. Part of two record-setting relay teams for the Quakers. Finished sixth in the 1000m at the 2005 state championships. Qualified for the 2006 state championships in the indoor 1000m and 1500m and the outdoor 800m and 1500m.

Personal: Born September 4, 1988. Daughter of Ronald and Esther Sprehe. Has two sisters (Gretchen, Elizabeth). Favorite athlete is five-time NCAA champion and 2000 U.S. Olympian Jen Rhines. Favorite musicians are the Goo Goo Dolls. Favorite TV show is Whose Line Is It Anyway? Majoring in exercise science.
