High School: Won seven letters and captained one season for coach Bob Beach at Hamburg High School. Two-time Section VI 110m hurdles champion. Finished fourth in the 110m hurdles (14.36) at the 2007 state championships. Also set Hamburg record with 21 tackles in football game while earning second-team All-Western New York defense honors.

Personal: Born June 2, 1989. Son of Keith and Joyce Norward. Has one brother (Keith) and one sister (Breanna). Favorite movie is Boondock Saints. Favorite TV show is SpongeBob SquarePants. Lists “anything Italian” as his favorite food. Major is undecided.
