High School: Attended Alfred State College. Won All-America honors in the 110m hurdles and high jump. Totaled six regional titles in high jump, long jump, hurdles and pentathlon. Also played football and basketball for the Pioneers.

High School: Earned three letters and captained one season at Gates Chili High School for coach John Driscoll. Won sectional 110m hurdles title and finished second in the pentathlon at the state championships.

Personal: Born July 25, 1987. Son of George and Denise Omoreige. Has two sisters (Anna, Amara). Favorite athlete is Tony Gonzalez. Favorite TV show is Hell’s Kitchen. Majoring in sociology.
