2008-09: Earned All-MAC Second Team honors at outdoor meet. Placed second in the 400m hurdles (52.70) at the MAC outdoor meet. Raced in the 400m and 500m events during the indoor season.

2007-08: Helped the 4x400 indoor relay team to an IC4A qualifying mark (3:17.52) at the Penn State National Invitational. Part of UB’s fourth-place 4x400 relay squad (3:27.03) at the MAC Outdoor Championships. Finished 10th individually in the 400m (50.87) at the MAC meet.

2006-07: Ran the opening leg of UB’s third-place 4x400 relay (3:20.76) and finished 11th in the 400m hurdles (55.59) at the MAC Outdoor Championships. Part of the 4x400 relay (3:19.53) at the IC4A Indoor Championships.

High School: Earned four letters and captained two seasons for coach Don Sauer at Grand Island High School. A four-year All-Niagara Frontier League honoree. Set school records in the 400m hurdles (56.26) and 200m (22.8).

Personal: Born June 18, 1988. Son of Bill and Sylvia Connors. Has two brothers (Joe, Chris) and one sister (Lianna). Favorite movie is Goodfellas. Favorite TV show is 24. Favorite book is The Lord of the Rings. Majoring in chemical engineering.
