2008-09: Placed ninth in the high jump at both the MAC Indoor (6-6.25) and Outdoor (6-5) Championships. Set UB’s top high jump marks at 6-8 (indoors) and 6-6.75 (outdoors).

2007-08: Finished seventh in the high jump (6-6.25) at the MAC Indoor Championships. Posted UB’s best indoor high jump (6-8.25) at the Cornell Upstate Challenge, earning an IC4A qualifying height. Took 12th in the high jump (6-2.75) at the MAC Outdoor Championships.

High School: Won 10 letters for coach Caroline Shortt at Greece Arcadia High School. State high jump champion, clearing 6-9 at the state meet. Placed second in the high jump at the 2006 and 2007 indoor state championships. A five-time Section V champion. Also named to the All-Greater Rochester team.

Personal: Born October 6, 1988. Son of Stephen and Sandra Bligh. Has one brother (Stephen). Favorite sports include tennis and ultimate frisbee. Favorite food is pulled pork barbecue. Favorite book is Of Mice and Men. Major is undecided.
