2008-09: Finished fourth in the 400m (49.14) and was part of UB’s second-place 4x400m relay (3:13.43) to set the school record at the 2009 MAC Indoor Championships. Set top outdoor 400m time of 48.45 at the Cornell Invitational.

Previous College: Competed one season at St. Augustine’s College.

High School: Captained two seasons for coach Sydney McIntosh at Transit Tech High School. A six-time indoor and outdoor All-American. Helped set state indoor records in the 4x400-meter and 4x200-meter relays. Three-time state champion in the 4x400-meter relay. Finished second in the 400-meters at the state championships. Competed with the Metropolis Track Club for 13 years in sprints and hurdles, helping set an AAU club national record in the 4x400-meter relay.
