High School: Earned three letters and captained three seasons for coaches Sam Giancola and Jon Robins at Niagara Falls High School. Won the long jump at the indoor state championships becoming the first male state champion in school history. Finished third at the 2009 state outdoor championships in the long jump, eighth in the 100m and part of the Wolverines’ sixth-place 4x100m relay. Won Section VI titles in the indoor and outdoor long and triple jumps in 2009. Also played football as a running back and cornerback. Personal: Born April 18, 1991. Son of Brian Archie Sr. and Olympia Glasco. Has three brothers (Brandon Archie, Lateaf Archie, Salmod Young) and four sisters (Jerica Powell, Bria Archie, Brionna Archie, Breajah Archie). Favorite athlete is Carl Lewis. Favorite food is french fries. Lists comic book figure The Flash as his non-sports hero. Would like to switch lives with Usain Bolt. Majoring in international business. |
