2006-07: Saw action in three cross country meets finishing fifth at the Toledo Invitational in 26:50 for top 8K time of the season. Placed 38th at the MAC Cross Country Championships (29:34.15). Did not compete in indoor or outdoor track seasons.

2005-06: Advanced to the finals of the 1500m at the MAC Outdoor Championships, finishing 10th (4:02.13). Set UB’s top outdoor times in the 1500m (3:54.89), mile (4:19.75) and 3000m (8:41.83). Finished 26th at the MAC Cross Country Championships (26:06).

2004-05: Saw action in four cross country meets with his best finish of 26:31 for 8K at the Central Collegiate Meet. Posted 11th-place finish in the 1,500m (3:57.80) at the MAC Outdoor Championships. Finished 15th in the mile at the MAC Indoor meet. Competed at the 2005 Junior Nationals in the 1,500m which he lists as his greatest athletic experience.

High School: Earned 13 letters and captained two seasons for coaches Kevin Carriero and Chuck Friedmann at Lancaster High School. Won Section VI championships in both the indoor and outdoor 1600m in 2004. Won the 2003 Section VI cross country championship (16:17.2) as the Redskins finished second overall. Earned All-ECIC cross country status in 2003 and 2004.
