High School: Captained two seasons at J.P. Stevens High School. The New Jersey state high jump champion. Won three events (triple jump, 100m hurdles, 400m hurdles) and finished second in the high jump at the state sectional meet in 2007.

Personal: Born June 6, 1986. Daughter of James and Valerie Dixon. Has three brothers (Hassan, Quan, Lamar) and two sisters (Amika, Octavia). Favorite athlete is Florence Griffith-Joyner. Lists pasta and seafood among her favorite foods. Major is undecided.
