Ryan Named MAC Co-Athlete of the Week

BUFFALO, NY - Junior Melissa Ryan (Oswego, NY/Oswego) was named Track Co-Athlete of the Week by the Mid-American Conference on Tuesday, April 20.

Ryan finished in the top three in five events at the Albany Invitational (4/17) where Buffalo's women's track team placed first with 205 points. She set a UB record when she won the 110-meter hurdles (14.09) and was also a member of the school record-setting 400-meter relay squad (48.00) as well. Ryan was also part of the victorous 1600-meter relay team and placed third in both the 400-meter hurdles and the 100-meter dash.

The Bulls host the UB Open at 9:00 am this Saturday (4/24).
