UB Women's Track and Field Adds Two More Signees

Fatimah Hill and Allison Grimes will join Bulls in the fall

BUFFALO, NY - University at Buffalo women's track and field head coach Vicki Mitchell has announced the additional signing of two student-athletes - jumper Fatimah Hill (Waterport, NY/Lyndonville) and middle distance runner Allison Grimes (Georgetown, TX/Georgetown) - to National Letters of Intent to continue their academic and athletic careers at UB beginning in the fall.

Mitchell expects Hill to be a solid addition to the UB jumps team. She has a personal best of 5-5 in the high jump and 18-5.5 in the long jump. She will train for the 400-meters and 800-meters at UB.

Hill and Grimes will join Jessica O'Neill (Skaneateles, NY/Skaneateles), Mary Veith (Derby, NY/Lake Shore), Jessica Schultz (Rochester, NY/Eastridge), Caitlin Godin (Rochester, NY/Greece Arcadia), Heather Jaroszynski (Falconer, NY/Falconer), Lisa Romano (Eden, NY/Eden) and Desiree Rudloff (West Falls, NY/East Aurora) as the Bulls' newcomers in 2005-06.
