UB Track and Field Weekly ReleaseClick here for a PDF version of the release Bulls Win 20 Events at Cornell Invitational The University at Buffalo men’s and women’s track and field teams won 20 of 38 events at the Cornell Outdoor Invitational in Ithaca. The Bulls competed against the host Big Red as well as Syracuse and Mansfield in the non-scored meet as UB athletes posted several regional qualifying marks, a pair of facility records and a UB school record in the women’s long jump. Of the 20 wins by the Bulls, UB posted three women’s and one men’s double winners. Hill Breaks Long Jump Record

Last Tuneup Before MACs on Schedule The Bulls conclude the regular season next weekend with Akron’s Campbell/Wright Open on May 8-9. The teams use the annual meet that typically also includes MAC rival Kent State and the host Zips as a final tuneup prior to the MAC Championships that take place the following weekend. The Lee Jackson track complex at Akron will also serve as the site of the MAC Championships.
