Hill Named MAC Female Field Athlete Of The Week
BUFFALO, NY - Junior Fatimah Hill (Waterport, NY/Lyndonville) was honored by the Mid-American Conference with the league’s weekly award, as announced by the league in Cleveland on Monday afternoon

Hill earned the award following her school record setting performance in the long jump, winning the College Division of the event at the New Balance Collegiate Meet, held Feb. 8-9 with a NCAA provisional qualifying mark of 6.18m. Hill’s distance was also a school record and a personal best, as she broke the record that she set in 2007 of 5.89m.
The Bulls return to action this weekend, as the team is set to compete at the Akron Open, beginning on Friday, Feb. 22 in Akron, Ohio.
