2008-2009: Earned a life-time best time in the 1650 freestyle (17:22.51) at the MAC meet. Also earned season-best times in the 500 freestyle (5:06.66) and 1000 freestyle (10:32.00) at the MAC Championship meet. Was a co-captain for the 08-09 season.

2007-08: Placed 11th and 12th in the 400 IM (4:32.14) and 1650 freestyle (17:25.31), respectively at MAC Championships. Also earned a career best time in the 500 freestyle (504.93) at the MAC meet.

2006-07: Set season-best marks in the 500 freestyle (5:08.74) and 1,650 freestyle (17:59.98) at the MAC Championships. Helped the Bulls to a season-best time in the 800 free relay (7:44.53) at the MAC meet.

High School: Graduated from Raleigh Charter High School. Member of Marlins of Raleigh club team, coached by Paul Silver for five years. Eamed Scholastic All-American honors as a junior. Also lettered in cross country and was the team MVP.

Personal: Born October 2, 1988. Daughter of Scott and Marianne Dale. Has two sisters (Julie, Emily). Twin sister Julie is a member of the UB women’s soccer team. Fan of the Carolina Hurricanes and lists Rod Brind’Amour as her favorite athlete. Favorite foods include Chinese food and popcorn. Favorite book is Pride and Prejudice. Majoring in nursing.
