2008-2009: Broke the school record in the 200 backstroke (1:59.66) while placing fourth at the MAC Championships. Also a member of the 200 medley, 400 and 800 freestyle relays that broke school records at MAC Championships. Named to the All-MAC and Academic All-MAC teams and was named the team’s “Most Outstanding Swimmer” at the conclusion of the 08-09 season.

2007-08: Turned in season best times and finished 10th in the 200 IM (2:06.75) and 12th in the 100 backstroke (58.16) at the MAC Championships.

2006-07: Finished 11th in the 200 backstroke (2:06.20) at the MAC Championships. Part of 200 medley and 800 freestyle relay teams that set season-best times at the MAC Championships.

High School: Competed for the Southern Marlins Racing and Cyclone Swimming club teams.

Personal: Born August 7, 1988. Daughter of John and Suzanne Ballard. Has two brothers (Kevin, Nick). Favorite TV show is Law and Order: SVU. Favorite foods include steak, potatoes and chocolate ice cream. Majoring in fine arts.
