2008-2009: Was a member of the record-setting 200 and 800 freestyle relays. Earned a life-time best time in the 50 freestyle (20.90) at the MAC Championship meet.

High School: Earned four letters under head coach Bob Flemming at Stanton College Preparatory High School. Set school records in 100 free, 200 free, 100 Fly. Was second in 200 free and third in 100 free at the FHSAA state finals.

Personal: Born November 1, 1989. Son of Ken and Linda Proudfoot. Has one sister (Vanessa) and one brother (Colin). Favorite food is pizza. Chose UB because its a great school and he liked the pool and the coaching staff. Also recruited by FSU and Clemson. Dream as a college athlete is to make the NCAAs. Majoring in business administration.
