2008-2009: A member of the record-breaking 200 and 800 freestyle relays. Earned career-best times in the 100 freestyle (45.23) and 50 freestyle (20.63), finishing in second and fifth place, respectively, at the MAC Championship meet. Earned the team’s “Most Improved” following the 08-09 season.

High School: Earned four letters and captained two seasons under coach Jack McIntyre at Corry Area High School. Set school records in 50, 100, 200, 500 freestyle, 200 IM and 200 butterfly. Six-time Pennsylvania High School State finalist. Also lettered in cross country and track.

Personal: Born June 30, 1990. Is the only child of David and Kathy Heine. Favorite food is steak. Hobbies include cycling, dirt biking and camping. Major is undecided.
