Named team MVP and to the First team All-Rochester in 2009. Also swam ten years for the Webster Blue Fins under coach, Mike Bynum. Qualified for the Speedo Super Sections in 2008 and 2009.

Personal: Born June 11, 1991. Son of Doug and Lori Garman. Hobbies include karate and music. Favorite movie is Boondock Saints. Favorite website is Facebook. Lists his dad as his non-sports hero. Also recruited by Bucknell, Binghamton, Cleveland State and Lafayette. Majoring in chemical engineering and math.
