Student-Athlete Development Programs
SAAC Bulls Pride Battle
The Bulls Pride Battle is a competition for all the teams, in
order to provide a means by which student-athletes can compete for points in various
life skills categories. These categories focus on developing leadership, teamwork,
supporting other athletes, and academic achievement.
This competition offers an outwardly visible account of the positive things our athletes are doing. It also holds athletes, coaches, and teams as a whole accountable for their point total in various categories, and for the competitive side of our athletes to be used towards something other than just athletic participation.
The winning team wins $1,000 to be used towards a team purchase. Second place receives $500 towards a team purchase, and third place is awarded a team pizza party.
