Welcome to the University at Buffalo’s Division of Athletics Speakers Bureau, where a wealth of information, knowledge and expertise in NCAA Division I athletics is available for your group’s next meeting.

In support of the overall mission of the University, the Division of Athletics’ speakers bureau has been developed as a community outreach program in order to inform and heighten awareness of the many facets of the Division I athletics.

Our speakers are available for your group’s next meeting to discuss not only specific intercollegiate athletic programs, but the many ‘behind-the-scenes’ aspects of a Division I program such as academic services, marketing, compliance, etc.

Here’s how to reserve a speaker

1. Review our staff bios and choose a speaker that would best fit your group’s needs:

2. Fill out the Speakers Bureau Request Form online or Download the Request Form and fax it to 645-6329.

3. The Division will contact the speaker. If available, the speaker will then be provided your phone number to discuss the engagement directly with your group.

   Important Notes:

   • Please begin the process at least 8 weeks prior to the event.
   • Within one week of the Request Form being returned to Sharon Sanford in the Division of Athletics, we will contact your group to confirm the speaker and other arrangements.
