High School: A four-year letterwinner and two-year team captain for head coach Tom Ward at Chittenango Central...hit .377 as a senior...named All CNY third-team, All-section III first-team and team MVP in 2006...also lettered in basketball (3) and soccer (2).

Personal: Born July 21, 1988...plans to major in biological sciences with the career goal of becoming a Vet...parents are Robert Leo and Jill Sheffler...an only child...lists her favorite musicians as Pretty Ricky, Rascal Flatts, Nickleback and Hinder...favorite TV shows are CSI and Family Guy...favorite foods include Chinese, french fries and candy apples.
