Freshman Year: Suffered a season-ending injury in second game of the season...hit a homerun and inked two RBIs in her first collegiate game against Loyola Marymount on Feb. 16.
High School: Earned four letters and captained two years for head coach Michele Gosh at Brewster High School...hit .498 with nine homeruns, 43 hits, 33 RBI's and 32 stolen bases in her senior season...holds the record for most stolen bases at Brewster High School...named First-team all-state, all-league and all-Section honors in 2006...also lettered in field hockey (3) and basketball (2).
Personal: Born April 4, 1988...parents are Frank and Mary Anne...has two brothers, Frank and Nick...nicknames are Puppy, KG, G-girl and Veal...favorite foods are pizza, penne a la vodka and chicken parm...chose to attend UB because of the great coaches, awesome teammates and beautiful campus...non-sports hero is Mother Theresa...also recruited by Fairfield, St. Joes, St. Johns, Siena, Binghamton, Northeastern, Monmouth, Rider and William and Mary.
