Nasti led the Bulls' offense last week, hitting .571 (8-for-14) with a double, a home run, an .857 slugging percentage, five runs scored and two RBIs in five games. She was 5-for-7 in a doubleheader split at Canisius on Thursday, including a perfect 4-for-4 in game one. In Saturday's Mid-American Conference opener at Miami (OH), Nasti drove in the Bulls' first run and scored their second run in a 2-1 win over the RedHawks, giving Buffalo a win in its MAC opener for the first time in its four-year history in the league. Nasti hit her fourth home run of the year against the RedHawks in Saturday's nightcap. She raised her season batting average to .375 (sixth in the MAC) and her season slugging percentage to .672 (second in the MAC). She also ranks seventh in the conference in RBIs (17), ninth in total bases (43) and tied for fourth in home runs and on base percentage (.444).

Nasti has now been named MAC East Player of the Week seven times in her career, including twice already this season. She shared this week's honor with Marshall's Leigh Wintter, who hit .667 with four RBIs in two wins over Western Michigan.

Nasti and the Bulls (10-14 overall, 1-2 MAC) host Kent State in a doubleheader at 1 pm on Saturday, April 3 at Nan Harvey Field.
