Microsoft Outlook Calendar Files

You can now use the links below to download University at Buffalo schedules into your Microsoft Outlook email/calendar program. Pick the file you would like to import and follow the instructions below.

1. Right click on a link below, choose 'Save Target As' and save the file to your desktop.

   All Events	Home Events Only
   Football	Football
   Men's Basketball	Men's Basketball
   Women's Basketball	Women's Basketball

2. From your Outlook 'File' menu, select 'Import and Export'.

3. Select 'Import from another program or file' and click Next.

4. Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next.

5. Find the file 2009sport.csv or 2009sport-home.csv (on the desktop), click OK. Select "Do not import duplicate items" and click Next.

6. Select your 'calendar' as the destination folder and click Next.

7. The next window will have a title that says 'The following actions will be performed:' above an option to 'Import "2009sport.csv" into folder: calendar.' Make sure the box is checked.

8. Click on 'Finish' to complete the import process.
