Captains Meeting:
Monday, April 7 at 7:00pm in the Bull Pen in Alumni Arena.

Tournament Play:
Begins Saturday, April 12 & Sunday, April 13 at Clark Field

Roster Changes:
Must be done before the start of the tournament.

Deposit Refund Dates:
Monday, April 28 - Friday, May 9, 2008 (Excluding Saturday and Sundays)
Softball tournament refunds are only given if the tournament is cancelled.

Banned Bat List

Due to inclement weather (and ducks swimming on the field), the Softball Tournament will be postponed one week and take place April 19 & 20 and April 26 & 27.

DESCRIPTION OF DIVISIONS
Men:	The men's division is open to all current UB male students, faculty or staff. Females can play but there is no minimum required to play. Faculty and staff members must also be recreation permit holders.
Co-Rec:	The Co-Rec division is open to all current male and female UB students, faculty or staff. Co-Rec teams must have 2 females on the field at all times.

DESCRIPTION OF LEAGUES
Carefree:	Playing just for fun and winning or is not as important as playing the game.
Advanced:	Skill level is at that of at least high school varsity. No specific number of males and females.

All softball games are played at the Clark Hall fields on the Main Street Campus. As soon as your $30.00 guarantee of appearance per team deposit, team captain's declaration, and completed roster form are submitted your team will be granted a spot in the conference and division of your choice, provided there is room remaining. Forms must be submitted to the Recreation Office located in room 130 in the Alumni Arena, Monday through Friday, between 9:30 am and 10:30 pm and Saturday and Sunday between 12:30 pm and 5:00 pm. The DEADLINE FOR ROSTER SUBMISSION IS FRIDAY, APRIL 4TH , 2008. Tournament play is scheduled to commence Saturday, April 12th and Sunday April 13th.
