REGISTRATION FEE, FORFEIT FEE and AWARD POLICY
REGISTRATION FEE
Teams wishing to participate in an Intramural event are required to submit a Registration Fee of $50.00 (per team) to the Recreation and Intramural Services’ Office at 130 Alumni Arena, when entering their team’s roster into a Conference. The $50.00 represents that team’s roster commitment to appear on time at all scheduled contests.
TEAM FORFEIT FEE
All team sport activities, which require scheduling/rescheduling, will be charged $10.00 per forfeit. All individual or dual activities that are set up in a league format will be charged $5.00 per forfeit. The forfeiting team/individual must pay the fee at The Recreation Desk (Rm. 130) no later than noon the day of their next scheduled competition. Failure to do so will result in elimination from further competition. If a team forfeits once or twice and repays the forfeit fee, then that team is still eligible for playoffs. If a team forfeits a third time, that team will be immediately dropped from all competition in that sport. Forfeit fees are nonrefundable. If a fee is not paid on time then a check stop will be placed on the captain’s account.
TEAM AWARDS
Awards are limited to the number of individuals on the roster up to a maximum of ten (10).
