How to Enter a Team

• Go to 130 Alumni Arena to pick up an entry form for the sport you want to play. Or click on the sport below:

• League choices will be on a first come basis.
• As soon as your team captain's declaration, a completed roster form and $40.00 guarantee of appearance per team deposit are submitted to 130 Alumni Arena, between 9:30 am and 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and 10:30 am and 7:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday, your team will be granted a team in the league of your choice, provided there is room remaining. THE DEADLINE FOR CREDENTIALS AND DEPOSIT SUBMISSION IS FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2008 FOR THE INDOOR SPORTS BEGINNING THE WEEK OF FEBRUARY 16 AND FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 29, 2008 FOR OUTDOOR SPORTS BEGINNING THE WEEK OF MARCH 17.
• A team captain or a team representative must be present at the captains meeting for their respective sport. (See list below for dates and times) Schedules will be finalized at this meeting, if there is no team representative at the meeting you may lose priority for which league your team plays in.
• Please be aware that any team that does not have a representative at the Captains Meeting will be given a loss to go toward their overall record. All teams MUST have a representative at their respective meeting.
